I had a pretty intense astral light realm dream a few nights ago that I am trying to remember, but as I woke up from the dream around 3:45 I had this intense ringing, very “alien” feeling sound vibration envelope my head and open up the center of my brain. I get ringing sounds like this from time to time, but not as all-encompassing as this was.
From time to time I get this ringing noise like Tinnitus or something, but it is pretty rare and usually only on one side. This ringing enveloped my whole head and opened up my crown, so I hope that I don’t have tinnitus! lol
The dream was pretty rapid and has been difficult to write down. What I remember most was several high energy blue/white light beings working on something nearby and casting out huge electrical storms out of the space that they were working in.
